At Aurelix, we strive to provide high-quality skincare products. If you are not satisfied with your purchase due to a valid reason, please review our return and refund policy below.

1. Eligibility for Returns

Products are eligible for return only if they are damaged, defective, or incorrect at the time of delivery. To be eligible, items must be unused, unopened, and in their original packaging.

2. Return Request Timeframe

You must raise a return request within 48 hours of receiving the product. Requests made after this period may not be accepted.

3. Non-Returnable Items

Due to hygiene and safety reasons, we do not accept returns for opened or used products unless they are damaged or defective.

4. Refund Process

Once your return request is approved and the product is verified, the refund will be processed to your original payment method. It may take 5–7 business days for the amount to reflect in your account.

5. Replacement Option

In case of damaged or incorrect products, you may also request a replacement instead of a refund, subject to product availability.

6. Cancellation Policy

Orders can be canceled only before they are shipped. Once the order is dispatched, it cannot be canceled.
